If you think you have a problem with alcohol and would like to get in touch with English-speaking Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) here on the Costa del Sol, Spain – you can do so in any of the following ways:
- You can talk to someone in your area who has found a solution to the problems they had with alcohol by calling the AA English-speaking helpline (+34) 600 379 110. Our helpline officer will be happy to talk to you, and can put you in contact with someone who lives local to you, here on the Costa del Sol.
- If you would prefer to e-mail as a means of contact, then feel free to email us at aa.cds.helpline@gmail.com. Someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
- Or you can turn up at any AA group or meeting, details of which can be found here. We strongly suggest that when you arrive you let someone know that this is your first meeting, that way they will be able to provide you with information that most newcomers to AA find useful.

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) has a team of volunteers who have all experienced the problems that losing control of your drinking can bring. They are only too pleased and willing to be of help.
There are meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), with friendly people who will understand, held daily throughout the Costa del Sol, and twice weekly in Gibraltar. Meetings are free to attend, and anyone who thinks they may have a problem with alcohol is welcome.
